The Heat is On

In my initial posting on this blog, I noticed that although 2010 was an election year, it didn't rhyme with Kevin. Little did I suspect that the importance of this fact would motivate the parliamentary Labor party enough to dump KR.
Now Julia Gillard is in charge and is preparing to fight an election against Tony Abbott. Is there a difference between them which will allow me to place Labor or Liberal anywhere in my listing of preferences? I'll explore this in this blog, and let you know if I can find anything worth voting for.

All the buzz is that this will be an election year. I trust that's not a stumble for the Labor party: 2010 does not rhyme with Kevin. However it goes, aussielection.blogger.com will give you independent commentary on the only continental election in the world.
